Default Kapolei Raceway, LLC purchases HRP.

It was earlier reporte that IStar FM Loans, LLC purchased the property, but the stories on the Honolulu Advertiser and PBN have now stated that Kapolei Raceway, LLC is now the owner? Well, unless someone outbids them at the confirmation hearing.

Tried googling it but not much info on Kapolei Raceway LLC. Other than it being under A&B, it's kind of hush-hush. You would assume with a name like that....they would try to revive the park as a motorsports park....but it's hard to tell. I guess they're trying to keep any other bidders from jumping in, to keep the price down. We'll see...

Far as I know, they're not interested in constructing another raceway. It's just to identify the property to potential buyers. Same way HMC Irongate had Hawaii Motorsports Center in it. Sorry guys...thats how it was explained to me.

funny how the old park owners and their $5mill option just disappeared when Irongate defaulted. where'd they go? and where did the money go?

back then the price for the HRP land was like $13mill, now its $11mill. so you wait 3 years and save a cool $2 mill. if they were smart they (i mean the Enomoto Group) would buy the land and then try to swap again with DHHL. its half the size but a better location as far as industrial property is concerned. get the right people in office and they would have their support needed to complete it.

all the while keeping the gates locked... with your sh*t still there.

looks like some of the stuff has started to walk away and a gaming arena has appeared.3 to 400 of the barriers have moved and nobody had permission. If you see them PM dave.
