Anyone tried the Sorex 40R's?
you know what i run, rp36s. i tried sorex 36r on a test and tune day. it had the same feel on my car as the rp but a little less total grip.

I think once I wear these tires out I'll pick up a set of 40's to try out for mini.
This is the "Sedan Setup, TIPS and tricks" thread

I run RP36's to. But I have other issues going on which is why my car looks like it's drifting

That's true...but Minis are essentially mini sedans and the tire compounds work the same way.

Finally found some pinions for my RDX!!!!!

Got to run it a little tonight at the Box Car track and going up a tooth on the pinion made a noticeable difference! Temped good to, but this was later in the day. Although when running the 31t pinion it was running high 150's in the heat of the day at Flemings so I should be good!

Also got my spool in yesterday so it went in the car and man what an improvement!!!!! ThanX again Mike for all the tips!

I am so looking forward to racing it now! But unfortunately it won't be till the first race of October probably? My daughter's 7th B-day is on the 28th so most likely will be missing that race.

Grip at the Box Car track was really good with my RP36's. The medium track is still alot of fun to run on!

So who's sticking with their current rides for next year and who's switchin'?

Me, i'll stick with my Loosi. I got no choice as i'm already scraping here and there for my R/C budget already LOL. Very Happy with the Type-R though and I can't complain.

Who's runnin' what BTW?

I was seriously considering the new 416WE, but going to hold myself back on this one. My TA05IFS does just fine currently, and the price tag of the new 416 doesn't justify anything.

Hope you guys have a great Thanksgiving and don't drink too much

I'll be running Corally RDX PHI's in GT and T/A. I'm also going to stick with my Corally SP12X 1/12th. That car is really good for a T-bar car.

As for the drinking, too late! LOL!
