Default LHD converted to RHD

hi everyone i recently converted my car from LHD to RHD and will be shipping my car from CA to oahu i know ill need recon but will my car pass recon being that its RHD?

i know there's other people here that converted 240s into RHD and civic/integras into RHD to get that JDM look.

i don't know if they actually went through recon or just runumhard, but at least one person did the whole dash/front end conversion so it's basically a JDM civic type R (dash, seats, the whole deal).

sorry i can't help more than that - i don't know these people personally or i'd ask them how they did it.

oh ok, i spoke to two guys at the recon station, one of them said my car shouldnt be a problem as long as my vins and everything is still there. the other guy said no because its RHD. then i spoke to a guy from department of transportation and he said because my car is RHD it shouldnt be a problem passing recon

hmm.

almost sounds like it depends on who your inspector is whether you pass or not.
